A message to all of our patients.
We are all facing uncertain times ahead due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Perfect Smile, our highest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our patients and our dedicated team. Due to the nature of our work environment there is a high risk of transmission to our patients and ourselves. To reduce this risk and to comply with recommendations made by the Australian Dental Association we have made the decision to temporarily close our practice. All patients with existing appointments will be contacted to advise of rescheduling and other instructions related to their treatment.
The ADA has advised that at this time, all routine treatment be delayed.
Emergency treatment for conditions such as…
- Facial trauma,
- Facial swelling due to oral infection,
- dental pain causing loss of sleep,
- persistent ulcers and
- medically compromised people where dental disease can impact their condition, can still be undertaken.
If you feel that your condition falls into this category, please call 1300 008 222 or visit adasa.asn.au and search for a dentist operating under COVID-19 guidelines.
Our telephone messages and emails will still be monitored over this time and we will respond to any queries as soon as possible.
We will keep our patients updated through our Facebook and Instagram pages also.
We sincerely thank you for your support and patience during this ever-changing time.
Stay safe and look after each other. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
