We understand the importance of educating our patients about the dental treatment available to them so that they can make informed choices about their dental health. As such, we provide all the information and guidance our patients require to make the choice that best reflects their dental concerns and preferences.

Payments & Health Fund Rebates for your convenience

We ask that all accounts be paid at the time of treatment.  This allows us to keep fees at a reasonable level without compromising the quality of your care. To assist, we offer on the spot electronic claiming with most private health funds, so be sure to bring your health fund card with you to each appointment. For patients not privately insured or for gap payments we have EFTPOS facilities available and accept cash and cheques.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specific information regarding your out-of-pocket expenses and annual limits as these amounts vary between insurance companies and levels of cover.  To avoid unexpected out-of-pocket expenses, we will give you all the item numbers and fees associated with your treatment so that you can contact your Health Fund to check your level of refund. We also offer no gap cosmetic consultations and second opinions.

We are preferred providers for BUPA, Medibank Private, MBF and Dentacare.

HICAPS (on the spot health fund claims) and EFTPOS facilities are available for your convenience.
